Drainage issues can come from various sources around your property, including surface water that sits around your foundations: broken stormwater pipes, sewer pipes, and runoff water from concrete driveways or next-door neighbours.

A lot of cracking that can be found in your masonry walls is a real issue, but it can be fixed. However, if there is significant cracking in walls and slabs that has reached a critical point, it should be repaired, and the underlying drainage issues repaired. Precision Building can fix it. 

BUILDING MOVEMENT

If your building's movement is caused by stormwater or sewer failures, water service or roof plumbing, Precision Building can repair it for you. It may also be a good idea to reroute the pipes so that they move away from the building. We can also test the area to determine the water table height for proper drainage.

    John advised us on which piers needed replacing and provided feedback regarding the work to be undertaken. We had large sandstone piers that had to be removed and replaced.     Precision Building recently completed some much needed work to address drainage and rising damp issues, as well as replacing some old concrete piers.

    Precision Building have recently completed some drainage work around the perimeter of my house due to too much moisture getting into the subfloor. John, Nathan, and the team were very friendly, easy to speak with, communicated every step of the way and ensured I understood the work that was being completed. There was never an awkward moment. The owner was even onsite at times to ensure the best outcome was being achieved. The end result is fantastic, tidier than expected, and finished sooner than anticipated.
