John advised us on which piers needed replacing and provided feedback regarding the work to be undertaken. We had large sandstone piers that had to be removed and replaced. Precision Building recently completed some much needed work to address drainage and rising damp issues, as well as replacing some old concrete piers.

Precision Building have recently completed some drainage work around the perimeter of my house due to too much moisture getting into the subfloor. John, Nathan, and the team were very friendly, easy to speak with, communicated every step of the way and ensured I understood the work that was being completed. There was never an awkward moment. The owner was even onsite at times to ensure the best outcome was being achieved. The end result is fantastic, tidier than expected, and finished sooner than anticipated. We would highly recommend the Precision Building team. From start to finish we were very impressed with our retaining wall.
